That the people that complained because Bush "blindly" accepted the Intel on Iraq are now complaining because he is not doing the same for the NIE report on Iran?

Warren I see you looked at the story too. It scares me when people the President rely on can't figure out what is going on. If these people can't then perhaps they need to retire and get some new minds in there.

What I find scary is the fact that the intel community can't seem to figure out what the real intel is.

Presidents, like commanders, are decision-makers, and poor intel can lead to flawed decisions. President Bush is correctly taking a hard line on Iran. It is far more difficult to go from a soft line to a hard line than it is to ease up on a hard line.

Future presidents who will have to deal with Iran will have reason to be grateful if we have established a strong position with a country that has funded or masterminded more terrorist attacks against Americans than any other entity, including al Qaeda.
