I would take a picture of him with my digital camera for proof just in case he tries to escape. Then I would follow him. Make a phone call to the police and give them the scoop. Stay in contact without being seen until back up arrives. When they capture him, I would donate most of the reward money to the family of 9/11. I just want enough to pay my debt and retire financially secured.

Take him out and collect the reward. Or, ask him to tell the real story about why his brother Shariq had lunch with Bush Sr at the Carlyle Group meeting at the Ritz Carlton while 9/11 was going on - no, just take him out. I will let someone else solve the Bush/binLaden connection . . . .
