I don't mean using the term "innocent until proven guilty" i mean evidence to suggest they did not commit any crime?.
the so called anti maccanns are using evidence to make their point that they have committed a crime, before they go on trial in a court of law, so will one of the so called pros show some evidence, to rebut what is is the public domain.

and the spin he is putting forward is to try and convince the public that the maccanns are innocent, so this has to be seen as defending the allegations against the maccanns, and that is using the fund money by stealth, in a defence for them .

something we have been told would not happen.

Just wait and see the new campaign they have used the fund for , it will be more designed more towards , defending the parents than finding the child.

The dossier doesn't revolve entirely around Kate & Gerry and was just updating the judiciary on where they are on the investigation.

Why did press get it so badly wrong?

Its not fair on the suspects and its not fair on the family of the missing girl.

how could a father just leave his own daughter in a tunnel train staion in melbourne, with nothing. obvously he was in need of hiding, but to leave your own daughter in a completly differnt country is beyond me. any one agree with me??

Last fall in Jena, Louisiana, the day after two Black high school students sat beneath the "white tree" on their campus, nooses were hung from the tree. When the superintendent dismissed the nooses as a "prank," more Black students sat under the tree in protest.

A series of white-on-black incidents of violence followed, and the DA did nothing. But when a white student was beaten up in a schoolyard fight, the DA responded by charging six black students with attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

It's a story that reads like one from the Jim Crow era, when judges, lawyers and all-white juries used the justice system to keep blacks in "their place"--but it's happening today. The families of these young men are fighting back, but the odds are stacked against them.
Only Bell remains in jail, on a $90,000 bond.
Bell is scheduled for a Sept. 20 sentencing hearing where he faces up to 22 years in prison.

I keep reading over and over again various ideas and comments about the fact that the Portuguese Police have set the McCann's up !!! Please can someone explain to me what would be gained from that cause it makes NO sense ??
As that would mean the real person behind this crime is still around and very likely to strike again..Im not at all naive, and im not saying that in the past that sort of thing hasn't happened..but in a case like this what possible reason would the Police have for framing the McCann's...as if this scenario was proved there would be global outcry...and that would do far more permanent damage to the Algarves Tourism than the original crime surely ??????????????????

The case against the parents of Madeleine McCann appeared to be crumbling after the couple were told there were no plans to reinterview them.
A prosecutor parachuted in by Portugal's attorney general to oversee the case also revealed on Wednesday night that Gerry and Kate McCann may not be the only line of inquiry.
The statement from Luis Bilro Verao, a prosecutor recently brought in from Portugal's Evora area to handle the case, said that no new evidence had emerged in the fortnight since they were declared "arguidos", or official suspects, to justify calling them for new interviews at present.
The announcement came amid speculation that Portuguese detectives had been poised to travel to the UK with a list of fresh questions for the couple to answer over the disappearance of their daughter from their rented apartment in Praia Da Luz on May 3.
While they remain arguidos, they have now been informed that other lines of inquiry are not to be ruled out by detectives.

Why would the guy he harrased send the taped of OJ to tmz.com and not the police?
Everything sounds staged, i think they worked together (OJ and the guys at the hotel) to get OJ back in the media.. Anyone agree?

I feel in OJS mind he made a big comeback to the world.

The McCanns say the most important thing is finding their daughter, so why did they both leave Portugal so quickly once becoming suspects. How does that help with the search. Surely if they are innocent and want the police to refocus the investigation then they should have stayed, answered all questions, and put pressure on police to look for her not run back to the UK. Once again these neglectful parents are thinking of themselves instead of their child.

Toxic fumes? I have a feeling that it's a lot more than that. Could we be dealing with an alien virus? Will the US government try to keep a lid on this story in order to weaponize whatever life form is causing this illness? I plan on being vocal about this, just to keep the story fresh in people's minds, and I recommend that you do the same. Seriously, this story is a little scary.
