stunt called "Hold you Wee for Wii" where the contestants had to drink water rapidly and not go to the bathroom. Is the radio station and its personalities legally or morally liable?

The news article is below. Curious on others thoughts and perspectives.

After seeing news, I am a bit confused on many things considering the relationship between China and the U.S. Are they friendly? Are they going to declare war? What? What I do know is U.S is afraid of China's booming economy. Their feelings should be different though, as China's success is mostly because
of its dependence on foreign companies. Anything else, like their relationship on the economic front or their differentiating opinions of freedom of speech?

has FBI or LAW Enforcement considered Michael Devlin might have kidnapped (& possibly killed ?) other kids?

He worked part-time at a funeral home (besides his full time pizza manager's job).
I know he is now being looked at for a boy missing since 1991 (Arlin Henderson & a girl).
He was only at the funeral home job less than a year but could have hid bodies for years.
Or maybe planned to kill Shawn as he was older & probably getting "uncontrolable". Ben was a younger replacement?

Were there others BEFORE Shawn?
The funeral home job would be a perfect coverup.
He had access to cremation and/or hiding a body (possibly a "stored" already dead body...remember Dahmer?) in the lower section of a casket...
who would be the wiser if a body was already using one?
The lower section is not commonly opened during public viewing.
Has he had similar past part-time jobs before?
Where maybe he could have done this before as well?
I know it's strange but has anyone else thought this?

Castro will take them on. So will Mexico. I am sure Castro will fight for Miami. Mexico doesn't really have a city. I am going today to see my son. I could be in jail either as a faction against the US government, facing deportation or dropped in Beirut or wherever democracy is beginning. I think this is Rice's intentions in curbing the US population. My idea is that i come from a poor country and am poor in a poor country as well. I could eat a mango off a tree and yet i would be jailed because i am in the US's control of their solution to their overpopulation is jail and thus they are trying to find solutions and want other countries to jail the homeless picker. Your opinion.

From what we have been allowed to see and hear, it does not sound like racism, just bitching between woman, nothing new there, and as for the whole world getting it knickers in a twist, these countries should take a look at their behaviour towards imigrants living in their countries.
Of course it could all be a set up for Chanel 4 to increase its viewing figures !!

I am talking about a guy that has a lot of rumors about him everywhere in Sydney not about someone who broke out of prison. Some people say he does not work for anybody, some people say he is religious and go to church, some say he does not have a girl friend, others say he is waiting for a perfect woman! Who is this guy and what's he is doing in Sydney?
What does he do for a living? What's his name?

We now have this issue being discussed in parliament with even the PM and Finance Minister commenting on national telivision on the issue.
The room mates in BB seem to be jealous to find someone who has grossly outdone them with looks, culture, genteelness and above all popularity, so they are trying to intimidate Shilpa into leaving.
From Shilpa's side she should stand up to them, stop pitying herself and crying like a baby. Learn to uphold your poise. Remember Dogs (In this case female ones) bark when the Elephant passes by.
This may sound a tad off topic, but the total lack of morality must stem from spiritual bankruptcy. I bet Shilpa believes in a God while the rest are so called Athiests, who believe they are above all.
As for the Indians they should not make a national issue of it. Its only a pitiful reality show.

...which by the way causes a "foster care panic," aka a spike in number of placements, due to community hypervigilance...which leads to the already overwhelmed workers becoming more overburdened...

Why do these reporters/editors think that the safety of the children under the care of said agency will improve, as a result of their pushlished pieces? Child welfare deals with individual people, not products, not academic theories. If this position is stated by the reporter (of actually caring about the kids), as the reason behind his/her motive to sensationalize child deaths, its bullshit. Child welfare is such an easy target to slam because there is no standard way to measure how a beaurocracy in one city compares to another. It seems like reporters enjoy taking cheap shots at the expense of these children's misfortunate situations, to get ratings during sweeps or improve readership. I'm sick of it. Why don't reporters ever focus on positive stories of children saved?
