Just goes to show you the general mentality doesn't it? I mean not that I can usually stomach Russell Brand but his comment last night was spot on, when he said it was more of a cultural clash than a racist one.

Everything in this world is usually blown out of proportion. Especially, racism. There are so many other things to focus on in this world but people want to stay intrigued and upset over the same ol' same ol'.

It's certainly giving the breath of publicity to a crappy, boring show! I actually think those who are ganging up on the Bollywood star (mostly the girls isn't it, i must admit i don't watch the show) are doing so because Shilpa is beautiful and they're jealous - Being Indian is just something that makes her different to the rest so they've seized upon that.

I'm not surprised it's caused such a massive row. It's just sheer ghastly racism, and should be stopped right now.
