When the roofers removed the old roof on a house trailer, they pointed out a 3 to 4 inch gap between the trusses where the trailer halves was put together. When they removed the old roof a .040 aluminum coil stock came up with the roof that over lapped the two halves. When they replaced the roof they didn't put any metal back , just over lapped the tar paper and put on ridge vents.
Now looking a few months later I noticed my foundation cracking in the center and cracks in my interior getting larger. Can I sue the roofer's for this is happening since they didn't put the aluminum back in the center?

It was stoping up, so we had the septic tank cleaned out but that did help for some reason. We moved the toliet and used a snake to try unstop it but that didn't work ,the water from the shower seems to come up the toliet pipe and when the shower is on the sink gurgles. Any help to fix this problem would be great. Thanks.

I have a very old rose bush, that climbs a trelis at least 10 ft tall. I don't know if and when, and how to trim it, so that it comes back next year. The bush is about 100 years old, has some very large stems, and is currently making its way through my rain gutters, not to mention attacking people walking by. Is there any one out there that knows how I should go about this?

I bought a Sago Palm last week from the Home Depot's garden center. It was in a small pot, so I decided to give it more room to stretch it's roots. When I removed the plant from the container, I discovered it had been GLUED into the pot!!! Not glued everywhere, but just around the ornamental gravel on top and in the bottom around the now pot-bound roots!

I put it in a 5-gallon pot, gave it fresh soil and some miracle-gro. I watered it in, and may have flicked some of the miracle-gro onthe fronds by accident. (could that be it?) It is not two days later, and some of the fronds are starting to turn brown. It's strange how it's happening, as it's only happening on one side...see photo below:

Can anyone give me some ideas? Am I killing it? I didn't over-water or over-fertilize....it's just turning brown!

I chiped the cube part and need to replace the square head. From past reaserach I found that the cube part and another part is attached. If you look at the picture the square and the circular part screws off. but when i try to twist with my hands it wont budge. What should I do? Here is the link to a similar looking pipe.

I chipped the cube part on the top, but here is a picture of a similar one. Anyone know how to remove the square head part only.

What can I do to help him grow back?\

Ok so i have this money tree, named Herb. He has been doing great the past 2 years. Now all of a sudden he lost all his leave exept one... I think it was because he was in direct sunlight and he may have gotten burned. But I now placed him in a shady area. His last little branch/leaf looks like it may be drying up. Is there ANYTHING i can do? Will he grow back? He is EXTREMELY important to me. I'm like one of those crazy attached to my plant people. Please help me save Herb.
