What can I do to help him grow back?\

Ok so i have this money tree, named Herb. He has been doing great the past 2 years. Now all of a sudden he lost all his leave exept one... I think it was because he was in direct sunlight and he may have gotten burned. But I now placed him in a shady area. His last little branch/leaf looks like it may be drying up. Is there ANYTHING i can do? Will he grow back? He is EXTREMELY important to me. I'm like one of those crazy attached to my plant people. Please help me save Herb.

well he needs some sun still dear. maybe you should rotate him every other day. or dont have him in the sun all day. the best watering times for plants are like early in the am- like between 4am-6am....or in the pm in between 8pm-10pm. if you are watering too late during daylight basically, then the water dries up faster (like when peoples sod dies and dries out- its cause the sod doesnt have enough time to get the water cause its too hot during the day).

Believe it or not people there is trees out ther called a money trees. It is a slang expresion but some people call pecan trees money trees because they make money from the pecans, Then I have seen a tree that resembles an Elm tree, when you wind the small limbs in a circle they make wreaths out of them and sell them. So money really does grow on trees it"s all in how you harvest it. So the question you have to ask is what kind of tree do you really have. Good luck!

I really don't know much about them, but call a nursery. There are some plants that go dormant. After all, I believe money trees can go dormant in different climates and drop their leaves like other plants.

Just call a nursery.

It sounds like it was stressed by the high light (sun) environment. Could it also be too wet? That could also be a problem too. If you have root rot..... dry it out.

if not place back in indirect light and you should cut away any dead stems and hopefully new growth should appear in two weeks or so.
