Does anyone know where I can get a free wall planner for 2007?

I have a air compressor with a Furnas style switch with a bleed off valve. My compressor works fine until the set pressure is reached and the bleed off valve is opened. When this happens the bleed off valve bleeds off the pressure in the tank and the compressor cycles again over and over and over. is the bleed off valve bad or does it have a check valve before it? If its at all possible can I just put a cap where the bleed off valves hose runs to on the tank?

I have 1.5 baths and the 1/2 bath has the same unit in the tank and it seem to be fine. We do not use the 1/2 bath no where near as much as the full bath.I do not have a floater ball in either one of the tanks. I replaced them 6 months or so ago and it started doing this yesterday in the full bath. Help...

dusty blue carpets, 2 white walls and one gry/wht paneling wall. Pretty small. One window, pretty tall, almost floor to ceiling. horrible a/c unit that sticks out about a foot and is about 2 feet wide, about 1 foot from the ceiling. Inexpensive, detailed ideas please?
