When I was little I was afraid of the "Monster in my closet so I closed the door every night. Now even though I'm older and know there is no "monster in the closet I still can't sleep if the closet door is open. Am I strange?
I know there is not such thing as a "Monster" Bu now I can't sleep if it is open. And I was wondering if this is strange since I'm 24

I ordered it through a perennial advertizement circular like direct gardening, it was hardly no size to start with and it has been two years and nothing has happened, no new growth, it is supposed to get about 8 feet tall. It is planted in sandy loamy soil and is watered daily.

not sure if this is the right place or not but...,

i recently purchased a duplicate of a very used book that I have and want to turn that used book into a place to hold my money.

my question is this - what is the easiest way to go about doing this? I've heard to glue every single page together (in 2 groups)and then cut out the middle of the bottom half to put money in.

Is there an easier way of doing this?

If this is the wrong place - will you let me know of a better place?

I have beautiful leaves, male and female flowers on my plants, but no pumpkins. I see some ants on the plants. Could this be the cause of my problem?
I also notice a white powdery substance on the leaves. Also, what about the excessive heat we've been having. What's my problem?

We're thinking about getting one for our house. Are they worth the money and do they last as good as the traditional water heaters?

I purchased an old (1850) fixer upper big time home for 250k in a very good school district with a nice piece of land (over half acre) in Orange County New York, most homes in the area sell for over 300k. It is our first home, we were looking for 2 years and could not afford anything else and wanted out of the South Bronx (1 starting HS other kindergarten) I do have friends that can and will help me fix little by little. A friend of mine says no matter what it will always be worth more in the future. What do my fellow yahooligans think?

My fiance and I live in a one bedroom apartment in CT. Before the summer, my electric bill was around $50. In June we added one energy-saver airconditioner in the living room/kitchen, and the bill I just recieved today is for almost $150! We keep the lights off most of the day. We have a computer and a tv, but usually turn them off when we aren't using them. It seems to me like this bill is WAY to expensive. I looked at the bill and it says that this month we used 838kWh. I don't really know what that means, but it seems like a lot. Am I being charged to much?

Hi...I just completed picking big, juicy and dark red cherries from my backyard tree. The tree is growing very fast and I would like to control it.
When is the best time for pruning? Some specialist says middle of winter and some in the summer. Which one is correct? What should I look for when pruning? Any recommendation would be great appreciate.
Thanks

Do air conditioniers have a harder time cooling the air when its humid outside, or does the ability of the air conditioners to cool the air just depend on the temperature, not the humidity?

I work in a warehouse and I use these slip on sneakers at work. They are REALLY starting to stink though and it's a bit embarrassing. They are very comfortable though. What is the best way to clean them so they don't stink any more? And how can I prevent them from smelling after that?
