not sure if this is the right place or not but...,

i recently purchased a duplicate of a very used book that I have and want to turn that used book into a place to hold my money.

my question is this - what is the easiest way to go about doing this? I've heard to glue every single page together (in 2 groups)and then cut out the middle of the bottom half to put money in.

Is there an easier way of doing this?

If this is the wrong place - will you let me know of a better place?

Pretty much the right way to do it.
I glued all pages but first few. So when book is open the entire book is a hide hole, with the cover to keep stuff in. I then took an exacto razor and cut out the middle of all the pages.

YOu got the process correct but it may be easier to use a coffee can or even a cookie jar. Or they do make cans and different items that look like cans of soup, hair spray and such that have false bottoms on them to put your valuables so nobody will guess that is what they are. Look in specialty shops for those.

Trace a deck of cards or ? & cut it out with a razor knife then trace the inside of your cut so you can cut it even deeper.
