You are going to have to go through a distributer in your area. The high end brands (specifically sub-zero, wolf, viking) will not allow you to be an authorized seller of their product and offer maintance unless you have a specific percentage of your showroom floor devoted to their products and you maintain a specifc level of sales. Your best bet would be to make some sort of deal with a local dealer and use them as a subcontracter.

Appliance 411 is likely your best bet for service manuals, info, etc.
