I just bought a 800sqft house. It does not have central air and it came with one large window unit that does not work. I am considering buying two smaller window units and put in two different rooms instead of one large window unit, but I don't know if it would use more electricity up that way or not. Can anyone help me?

I have a love of plants, an unwanted law degree, a desire to work as a landscape designer, but no real or proffesional experience in landscaping. Should I consider more schooling or trying to get a job at a nursey, if possible? I more school is the answer, what degree?

Landscapers usually plant male trees. They are cleaner because they don't drop fruit and most tidy Americans like that. The natural landscape is removed for new housing construction and then replanted with mostly male species of plants. There is an over abundance of pollen in the air because there are less female trees to absorb it. What do you think?

Isn't there a way I can sand it down or something. I really don't want to pay a handyman for something I can do myself.
