We have had a kitchen fitted by the above, and they used contract fitters and the fittings is terrible, and I need help.

I've just checked the web, with no luck on them having their own website, just yellow pages on how to contact them. Try speaking to your local C.A.B, if things are that bad, don't even give them a chance to palm you off, let them know you mean business, that way you get free legal advice and also, should get the right and most proactive response from said company.
