I've been take novynette birth control pills for some months now, and since i've started taking it i eat like crazy. i mean i don't mind cause i love the weight i've put on, but friends tell me it's imposible.

I just got married last week. We both were virgins. I bled a little bit the first time. We have had sex every night since, and I alway bleed a little bit. This morning (did it last night as well!) I was bleeding a lot more than I had been but... It isn't any more than what a pantyliner can handle. Is this normal?

Just last week my doctor found another ovarian cyst on my left ovary. He perscribed me stronger birthcontrol pills and told me to double up for 10 days. Me and my boyfriend have been dating for 2 years now and we have always done the pull out method. but since i have been doubling up and have an ovarian cyst he has gone inside me twice. Is there by any chance i could get pregnant? i know that ovarian cyst make you infertile but i know there there is still a chance i just want to know what that chance is

alright, anytime my husband and I have sex it is usaully very painful at first because the opening of my vagina usaully hurts when my husband first inserts his penis in...regardless of if my vagina is dry or wet.. its almost like a burning feeling but only on the right side of my vagina opening, I'm not sure what this is and why its doing it and its making my sex life suck!!
Also, I'm a newlywed.. and I haven't been with anyone other than my husband in a forever long time...and neither has my husband so I know it cannot be an STD

I have an appointment with gyno on January 9th......if you might know what is wrong, please let me know!!! I'm very worried!:(

"Preventative women's health" meaning annual physical exams at the gyn, birth control of any type, and tests to screen for cancers found in women (mammograms, etc.).

BUT my insurance DOES cover viagra.

So I guess my question is, how messed up is that?

So men have a lot of testosterone (male hormone) and as I understand it... a little oestrogen - the predominant female hormone. Testosterone is made in our testicles... but where do we men, get oestrogen from?

If women have some testosterone but no testicles (LOL ~ at least none that I've met so far)... where did they get that testosterone from?

I just had my second child and would like to wait three to four years before having another since I have two under two. I am looking into a IUD, but am unsure if I would like Paraguard or Mirena more. I didn't want to do hormonal control, but Paraguard has been known to cause longer bleeding and I already have heavy period. Any advice?

I've been on the pill for 4 months now, but I have been ill for a two weeks and couldn't get my new box. My boyfriend went to get it for me but they said it has to be me that picks it up because they have to check me over. This has resulted in me missing a week of taking it, is that a problem?

I'm thinking about getting about an IUD (intrauterine device/birthcontrol). For those who have experience with one....
Did you like it?
What were your side effects?
Did it hurt a whole lot to get it put in?
Did you had a child vaginally before you got it put in?
Did you have any complications from it?
Did you get it taken out for negative reasons?
Did you really not feel it? (I would think you would at certain times like intercourse)
Anything else you want to tell me about it?

I can only take the shot and this(medical reasons).....I've been on the shot for 4 years. I like it but want off. I've been on it long enough. Yes..I meet all the requirements for it. So...tell me..what was your experience like? Be honest too....no sugar coating things.....if they were bad ..they were bad. K Thanx guys.

Hello everyone, I'm a 17 year old girl, soon to be 18 in January of 08, and I have been recently been experiencing random sexual arousal. This sort of thing will occur while I'm at school or at home. I've asked a few girl friends about it, but they were either unsure to too uncomfortable to really give me any advice on what I should do. Is this sort of thing natural or common in other women? I just had my first period 7 1/2 months after having my baby. It was a normal cycle and I am on a progesterone only pill. I misseed one day because my supply ran out, and then next day I passed some tissue. It was not bleeding per se, but definitely period-like tissue. Any thoughts about what could be going on with my body?

do u have to have folic acid vitamins before you get pregnant?what about during pregnancy,can u take them throughout your pregnancy?if you havent taken folic acid prior to pregnancy are you at risk of brth defects??
