Try a google search for your local area, or where you're okay to travel to.
If you're in the US try the Dr Phil website, he has recommended a few places to people on his show, they may have details up there

There was your first step. Congratulations!! Atleast you acknowledge that you are in danger. Now do what the previous people told you-- they are right. Overeaters Anonymous has helped some people and it should be located in your city. Call them.

Call your nearest large hospital and ask for a referral to an eating specialist.
