I need to know what can I do to rid cramps during my cycle without loading up on the meds. Like any exercises or foods that may help. Please someone helping me I'm about to die of cramps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does anyone have difficulty with their bladder spasaming to where you feel like you have to pee ten minutes after you go to the bathroom? I have been to the gyno and tested for everything from a yeast infection, to UTI to STD's so its not any of those. I also notice that it is much worse during my period. What can help with this uncomfortable feeling?

I take ortho tricyclen. The dr prescribed me amoxcillin 500mg 3 times a day fpr 10 days. i started taking them 7 days before i usually start my period. Me and my BF had unprotected sex the entire time i was on them. My "period" was a few days late and lighter than usual. Only like 2 or 3 days of spotting. Really my question is what are the chances of me getting pregnant since i was only a week away from my period? Wouldnt i be far enough into the month that the BC would have already stopped me from "ovulating"? Keep in my mind i have been on the pill for years and take it every day.

my boyfriend and i had unprotected sex, but it was honestly for only about 10 seconds, he didnt even precum or come at all, is it possible to get pregnant like that? for the past almost 2 weeks ive had headaches and sometimes stomach aches every day, could this be connected? i'm not even 18 and im really worried....please some answers?

Has anyone else has this annoying problem? I've had some stretch marks before... nothing that really bothered me to the point of annoyance. However, I have been yo-yo-dieting this year and I notice that I have pain where increased (darker?) stretch marks are.... It makes it really tough to get comfy! These are on my left side currently.. under and around my left ribcage and waist.

The aesthetic problem of these marks doesn't bother me, but the pain is really annoying! I went days wondering why I had this pain on my side.. rubbing it.. and today when I was showering I just looked down and bam... more stretchmarks on my left side=(.

Can anyone offer any suggestions? I would like to do whatever it takes to ease this pain and my mental stress caused by this AND the holidays!

Yes, I know yo-yo-dieting is horrible... and trolls need not answer. I'm fine with the way I look =)

ok im in 7th grade, im 12..
and ive had discharge for a LONG TIME and its always there everyday...it never stops! i had it scince the end of june.....
what should i do! i tried a pad but...it feels wierd..............so what should u do??

I found one inside my vagina once. Eventually it popped and went away.
Then I found one a second time on the outside which also went away. Just recently I have found another one. I am concerned because I have never had sex before and I doubt it was passed down from my parents. Also, I am scared about talking about it to my parents. I'm 19 and am seriously considering losing my virginity to my bf of a year.
I've sorted out the contraception-I'm on the pill and have condoms.
I just have a few questions.

How badly will it hurt?

What will it feel like?

Is there any particular position that will make it easier on me?

Is there anything from your own experience that you think I should know before losing it?

Any tips to make it less painful?Thats what I'm most frightened of because I'm not good with pain!
