feelings of loneliness, sadness, loss of general daily activities, thoughts of death or suicide, thoughts of hopelessness, loss or gain of appetite, sudden weight gain or loss, uncontrollable crying or anger, not sleeping or sleeping to much. The list does go on.

If you feel that you have depression or someone close to you has, go see the doctor ASAP. They will be able to determine whether or not you need medication or therapy.

Depression is more common then you think and there is absolutely nothing wrong with you if you suffer from depression, but please see your doctor before it gets out of control

Signs of clinical depression differ from just feeling depressed in a number of ways. Clinical depression often has other physical and mental manifestations. Also- and this is key- a longer duration.

In addition to feeling down, symptoms include:
- sudden change in appetite
- change in sleep patterns
- weight loss or gain
- difficulty concentrating
- loss of desire to do things that you usually enjoy
- low energy
- low motivation
- suicidal feelings or thoughts
- self-harm
- increase in use of drugs and alcohol

If these symptoms last for more than two weeks, you might be dealing with something more serious than a passing case of the blues. Talk to a doctor.

im naot sure but i would like to know (its weird cuz my freinds think im a happy go lucky girl whith not that many probs but i just feel horrible on the inside y'know)

i mean not horrible but kinda empty and sad
