I get that and have had it for years since i was 12, i'm 15 now, it feels really wet and horrible. I get it when i've been sitting down for a long time or if i'm doing sports especially running. All i do is use sone pantyliners. They aren't as thick and big as pads and they are more comfortable. But you just have to get used to them really.

Hope this helps

Don't worry about it it's perfectly normal! I started my period just before year 7 (no idea what grade that is cause I'm in England!) when I was 11 a few years ago. You should try Pant liners because they are no where near as think as a pad and a hell of a lot more comfortable! I know how you feel about when it happens where ever you and what ever you're doing but try ignore it because it doesn't show and doesn't come through. It normally happens when you're aroused or turned on which I think is a little bit weird but I have the same problem and am currently trying to work out too.

I hope I helped out a little bit!

Use a pantiliner. That's really your only choice. You can't (and shouldn't try) to stop the discharge, women NEED discharge to keep our vaginas healthy.

You do NOT need to see a doctor for this. ALL women have discharge. You only need a doctor if it turns a weird color (blue, green, etc.), texture (something like cottage cheese), or has a bad odor (a slight smell is noticable, but if it starts smelly very fishy then it's time for a doc).

(MOST girls have discharge for AT LEAST a year before they get their periods)

sounds like you are having pre-period discharge. It's normal. Just get your mum to take you to see the nurse at the doctor's surgery they will have information booklets that will help you and your mum understand the changes that you'll have with your body over the next few years. It's really ok... don't think or feel it's wierd.

i am in the 7th grade too and I am getting a lot of discharge. I also feel it and asked my mom about it and she said to either wear pantiliners or very thin pads. These worked great for me. Good luck!

You probably need to see a doctor about that. On occasion, a few days a months, its normal, but not every day. And I don't think its typical to have discharge for nearly as long as that. You might have an infection or something. I know its really embarassing, and thats probably why you haven't dealt with it before now. But you really must see a doctor about it. Just tell your mum that you need to go to the doctor, request a female, and that's all you need to tell her. But you really ought to discuss it with a doc to see if anything's up. Just in case. Good Luck

Best thing for you to wear a pantyliner. It does help of lots than pad. You will be perfect fine and not worry too much.

Have nice Thanksgiving Holiday with your family...

Try pantyliners. They are like very thin pads. You can barely feel them. But....depending on how heavy it is etc...maybe you should see a doctor. BTW....the vagina constantly cleans itself through small amounts of discharge.

i'm in 7th grade too, but i've already started my period. your probebly sould wear a panty liner(like a pad but without wings and alot thinner)because there's not much you can do about it. it won't be like that forever, don't worrie.

hope it helps

Try underwear liners, they are not as big as pads, but get the job done. Good Luck.
