Does anyone have difficulty with their bladder spasaming to where you feel like you have to pee ten minutes after you go to the bathroom? I have been to the gyno and tested for everything from a yeast infection, to UTI to STD's so its not any of those. I also notice that it is much worse during my period. What can help with this uncomfortable feeling?

You could be drinking way to much coffee or tea. Some people are like that for the longest time you are OK with it then your body says I have had enough and it begins to react in the way of always having to pee. You could be under a lot of stress, you said worse when on your period. Sounds as if you are very self concise of that and are think I have to change it because of smell or leakage and again your body's defens says go pee. Yet the saw bones will run test to see if there is a link to maybe your thyrode, panceas and if maybe you have an infection in your bladder. Drink cranberry juice, calm down lay off the coffee or cut back, enjoy life it is way to short as it is. Good luck it would be such a shame to losse a good one.

The same thing happens to me all the time. I did the same thing as you and went to the doctor and they didn't really give me any answers. I noticed that drinking cranberry juice sometimes helps with alot of problems down there.

or try drinking cranberry juice, or go to your local health shop or supermarket, go to where you buy the vitamin c, and other suppliments, and find yourself some urinary tract support suppliments, there are some really good ones out there. and also i know there is this powder you mix with water and that stops it. not sure what its called but have a look and see what you can find.

Do you drink alot of fluids (like water)? Maybe it's that, if not then try changing your diet... Sometimes maybe it's the weather because when it's cold, I always feel like peeing.
