hello there well the doctor told my mother they have to take her placenta away because of some difficulties the good thing is that she already operated her self to not have anymore baby's but i am worried and i wanna know the cause and effects and pros and cons about this operation. will something bad happen to my mommy?

im on it now, have been for about 6 months, and im just getting out of a really bad depression spell (i also have depression and anxiety and am on meds for those) and my friend mentioned that when she was on depo, she was extremely moody, and i thought maybe that had something to do with how i've been feeling.

This is embarrassing, but I'll ask any ways. im 16 and i guess my breasts are still forming but ive notice tht the area around my niples are symmetrically similiar. one of my breasts has a larger circle than the other even though my breasts are the same size. im just wondering if this is normal or if it means something..please help me! im really worried..and no stupid answers either!!

I'm 5 months pregnant and woulld only like to gain 5-10 more lbs, my doctor said that would be fine, but it's hard. How can I do this? Is there any healthy "diet" I can do? I know everyone is going to say walk, but I get so bored with that. I used to like kickboxing and really active stuff my dr. said no more, and I don't have a pool otherwise I'd be doing that... any help?

The female equivelant of being kicked in the testicles being hit in the breast while on your period.

I need to know cos I accidently hit my sister there,she yelped and was in severe pain:-( She said it hurt like crap cos she was on her period.And she said it was,I'm just wondering if she's correct.

im a young mommy and i have been on the depo shot for almost 2years and im so TIRED of hormones im not bein a ginea pig anymore i went from 140lbs to 185lbs in less than a year on the Depo(and no i wasn't eating more i was on a 1300 calorie diet working out 5-6 days a week) i also got Depressed, Weirdly Nervous over minor stresses in life and Completely loss my sex drive for my husband(which made us distant towards each other) also headaches,and Period completly stopped(which some people like but i just dont feel comfortable NOT bleeding for 16 months) anyone have had success w/ family planning &/Or Diaphrams,Cervical Caps,Spermicides,Condoms,Sponges ETC. i really want reliable BC w/o the worry and stress that comes along w/Hormones...PLEASE GIVE EXPERIENCES!!

If used correctly are condoms good enough to prevent pregnacy? I would notice if the condom broke and then I could take the morning after pill, so are they good enough or do I have to go on the pill too, cuz I would rather not go on the pill if I don't have to.

I'm 17 and my step-mom found out that my boyfriend and I have sex. She wants to put me on birth control and I have an appointment for Oct. 31 I am going to have the pills but I dunno if I should take them or not. Katlin said when she was on them they made her sick and miserable, and gave her mood swings like mad, and I already get almost suicidal depressed sometimes. My boyfriend REALLY doesn't want me going on them. He got a girl pregneat about 3 years ago because they didn't use protection and the birth control pills basically worked as an abortion for her. He says they will mess up my uterus and possable prevent me from having kids in the future and it will mess with my digestive track. I told him I wouldn't take them, and we ALWAYS use condoms, but should I or shouldn't I take the pills?

Hi all. Okay so i dont know what is wrong w me. I am going to the doctors at the end of the week so.. but i was just wondering what u thought. So the past month and a half ive been having on and off pains in my lower abdomen. Ive also been having some back aches and been sick and tired alot. I dont know what is wrong w me. Over the summer i did have sex w someone (the last time was in aug.) and i was only w him. We did have unprotected sex a few times (i know bad). So in sept i was worried i was preg. I took a few tests (all came up neg) but i never got a period. (which is strange 4 me). in the beginning of oct. (this month) i got a period for a few days. the thing is im still having little pains, sick, and tired. So im not sure what is wrong! is it possible to be pregnant and get a period? Im not sure! Its not an std (hes only been w me) so i dont know. what do u think. thankyou very much!!
