You sholdn't fake it! Thats just silly. It's usually harder for a women to get off every time compared to a man anyway. If you don't know for sure if you are having the big "o" then you aren't. You will for sure know when its coming and when it happens. Try getting one by yourself then you will know what gets you to that point. Get a vibrator if you need to, then you will have no problems knowing what the big "o" is.

First off, you should NEVER fake it. By faking it, he thinks everything he is doing is getting the job done, so he wont feel the need to keep trying to make things work for you. Practice giving yourself one for a few weeks, whenever you have the urge really. Once you learn how to give yourself a "happy" you'll be able to clue your BF a bit more, as far as "faster, slower, a bit harder, to the left," and so on.
