I'm 5 months pregnant and woulld only like to gain 5-10 more lbs, my doctor said that would be fine, but it's hard. How can I do this? Is there any healthy "diet" I can do? I know everyone is going to say walk, but I get so bored with that. I used to like kickboxing and really active stuff my dr. said no more, and I don't have a pool otherwise I'd be doing that... any help?

You plan to only gain up to 10 lbs before your 9th month? Most of the weight we gain is in the 3rd trimester, so good luck with that. Why not just eat reasonably well and worry about your weight after you give birth to a healthy baby? Really. Now is not the time to diet.

Just eat healthy and exercise when you can. Walking may be boring, but it's effective. I agree with the other person, think about your baby and not yourself right now. You can lose the weight after the baby is born.

Forget about yourself, and feed the child inside of you. Cravings are our bodies reaction telling us it needs a specific protein, vitamin or mineral that what ever food we crave contains. Follow you're cravings would be the best diet for you. Exercise is good, but please, focus your attention to the life inside, and worry about getting your body back after the child is born. My sis-in-law went back to her former size (2) within 3 months of giving birth, lots and lots of crunches.
