You need at least 1200 mg. calcium. You need at least 800 mg. vit. D, you need boron and you need 400 mg. Magnesium. I suggest you go to Nutrition Express.com and get their catalog or just order off line. They have combos with all of the bone protection minerals in them. Just check the dose..one cap. versus two or three when looking at cost. Their's are made very well and don't have a lot of added ingredients that you don't need. Some calcium supplements have added phosphorus and you can build it up in your system. I have been through a lot so, I know what I am talking about. The Magnesium helps you absorb the Calcium and helps you rest the boron is to help you absorb it also. Then you might want to think on taking a good multivitamin and mineral supplement also. We just don't get it all in our foods anymore. Good luck. Miss Mary

i have heard from a number of friends that they had a month lengthy era as an aspect effect of the dep. shot. i might want to recommend replacing start controls. no individual needs to address a era for per week, no longer to instruct a month! the dep. is an injection of hormones without caution really than a small quantity each day, like the pill. i do no longer comprehend for particular if it motives any problems with ovulation once you're off it, yet i'd not be shocked, seeing that one depo shot can effect your body for over a month.

Doubtful. If it helps, it will ONLY help with your bone health.

I'd get off the shot though, it causes a LOT of health risks and issues that MANY women go through who are on the shot.

Check out the reviews and please reconsider the shot!
