what else should i do to relief the cramps

I feel like I've been taking crazy pills. When I turned 19 my body took me for a ride. In one year I gained 100 lbs. It took me three years to lose it all. I developed acne when before I would only get an occasional blemish. I started growing hair in un-female friendly places. My menstrual cycle slowed to about 6 per year then I stopped completely. I went to my gynecologist for my yearly and she put me on the pill. While I got my period back nothing else has recified itself. I've been struggling with this for the past six years and I'm tired of it but none of my doctors believe me. After exhaustive research I've narrowed it down to a possible case of PCOS but I don't know what kind of doctor to see.

I heard the following trivia from friends regarding prevention of pregnancy:

1. After having sex, you must take in ground paracetamol wtih coke.

My question: What is could be the explaination of this regarding the avoidance of implantaion?

2. After having sex, immediately wash youyr vagina with soap and ample water. Aftewhich, rub alcohol to your vagina .

IAre these possibl safe to do?

i go to a small high school with about 70 kids in our freshmen class(one of which being me). I met a bunch of people and got to know them, and i guess everyone at the school has friends. In one of my classes, for the first 2 weeks, no one sat next to me(even though i had friends in that class) and my friend in front of me made fun of me for it. Then, a girl who was not exactly shy, but not incredibly outgoing started to sit next to me. We would silently tell jokes and pass notes and things and the teacher caught us a few times she bcame a friend soon too and i started talking to her more at school and online. One day, we had a project due where we had to make a model of 2 things and she told me on the bus, hers broke. we got to the class it was due for and she told the teacher, but the teacher made her present her project anyway and it was horrible...the teacher tore her apart. she came back to the table we were sitting at and started crying, but i didnt notice. then she woulnt lift

i am in 6th grade, i am nervous to have my period. i already know my mom had her period in the 6th grade and said mine would come soon. i have had white discharge since the begining of 5th grade i have pretty big breasts and some pubic hair.when i do get it who should i tell first my mom or my bff? how should i tell my mom. how did some of you tell your mom. the white discharge sometimes causes my underwear sticks ro my private does that mean anything. tell me everything you know about when it comes close to your period.please help me!!!!

i am 16 with dd breasts.

i absolutely HATE them for the reasons..
- i feel so uncomfortable
- in gym class = i look lyk an idiot
- major back pain
- can never find sherts !
- ppl are always commenting on them

1. WHY do i hav such large breasts?
.. i didnt start wearing a bra at a very young age lyk many other gerls.. could this be a reason? my mothers are even smaller than mine..so why are myne like this..


2. is there any way i can get breast reduction that WONT leave scars on me...
i am really afraid of gettin it done and then gettin sexually involved in the future..and having boys not like what they see....


3. i am a bit overweight (150) so if i lost weight meaning i dieted & excercised, would the help reduce my cup size as well??

I need to know how many days apart your period is exactly. Or how it can be at the most. I was on a birth control that took my periods away for 3 years. I have been off it for a year, so I don't really know the days. Because I never used to have to keep track. Now I think I might be pregnant. I have all the symptoms, some pregnancy tests say yes, some say no. And I have no money or health care to go to the doctor. Somebody please help me.......

Me and my boyfriend were fooling around...
-Might have had a TINY amount of pre-*** on his fingers, if not any when he fingered me.
-I was not ovulating, It was the 25th day of my cycle.

well im 13 which may seem young to many people to ask this questions but in my area its quite a normal thing
the last three times my boyf has tried to poke me its hurt so badly its been unbearable and i have had to tell him to stop its not as if im not ready and most girls have done it
my best friend says it hurts alot but not unbearable so now im worried theres something wrong with me

I have been using the mooncup for a few months now without problems. Until this month. Sometimes when I take the mooncup out, it hurts right before it comes out. I'm not doing anything different and following the instructions. Secondly, sometimes I can't even get it out, I don't know why. I do everything as normal, but it just won't come (I make sure I am relaxed as well)

Anyone any ideas? Never had any problems with it before

I have my period and I was removing a tampon. I felt something else fall out, as well. It didn't look right......pieces of plastic, I think. Any chances that I lost my IUD. I have had it for 18 months. This is a non-hormonal IUD.
