I had a similar scenario with my gf but only thing is was not my fingers... I stopped shortly after she started to please herself with me. She worried most of that night, next day i came here, worried for 4 more days, then her period came. worried a couple more days it might have just been spotting that it might have been spotting, and just gave up on worrying.
