You can wear a pad inside a leotard, you just have to be careful how you position it. You might check on plastic applicator tampons. The paper ones are much less comfortable to apply, though they are more environmentally friendly.

IF I WAS YOU I WOULD JUST BITE THE BULLET AND PUT ON THE TAMPON BECAUSE WHAT IF THE PAD SLIPS OUT OR SOMETHING, I DONT KNOW IF THAT WOULD HAPPEN BUT I THINK YOU NEED TO JUST STICK WIT THE TAMPON, YOU CAN WEAR THEM IF YOU REALLY WANTED TO JUST RELAX AND INSERT.

You could probably wear them, but everyone will "see" your time is here. You may want to skip going and stay home and practice for a few days.

you can wear pads, but a must is flaps and flexibility. Try always.

i would wear a tampon because when you go... you will be fliping and stuff so i would just be safe and wear a tampon!
