Abnormal walk(REALLY STRANGE)?

I know this girl, and she has this walking problem,she walks with one leg straight and the other facing a different direction. what is that called? if u know please answer.

I have heard of this but can't think of the name right now. It was a case involving a baby who had a deformity with one of her feet (saw the story on Discovery Health) and they had to surgically turn the one leg around.
