Do you mean before you ever have a period?

Yes, you can if you have sex about two weeks before your first period (you won't know when it's coming) because you could have ovulated, but not yet had a period. It's unlikely.

Do you mean before you've started your period? If you have not begun menstruation, then no, you can't. Otherwise, you can get pregnant ANYTIME you have sex regardless of whether you're on your period or not or what type of birth control you may be on.
