its not on my upper chest more on my lower chest under my left ta ta. I also get this poking sensation but then it will sound like its breaking or something.

I have a dr appt on the 5th of November.
Is that too late or soon enough.
My mother doesn't think its bad but she has no clue to what it is as do I.

This goes back to being Ur sternum I think ~~~
you need to have Ur chest ex-rayed while u at the doctors..
that should show you what is going on..

See a doctor! It sounds serious. You need to take a x-ray, ct scan, or a mri to determine what is the problem over there. See doctor ASAP!
