I exercise almost everyday for at least 45 minutes, doing cycling, jogging, tennis, tae bo, or going for walks. I eat healthier than most people I know (I never eat fast food and I don't eat junk food very often, maybe once a week). I'm pretty sure I don't overeat, and I never eat until I'm overly full. Yet I still cannot lose weight. I'm 5'3 and about 155-160lbs.
I've also been battling episodes of depression on and off for almost 4 years now.
My periods are regular, but last only 2-5 days (and even when it lasts 5 days, it's hardly anything on the 5th day).
I don't really have that great of a memory, but I always thought that was heriditary.
I hate the cold.
My hair isn't thinning at all.
Some days I just feel lethargic all day, but others I feel normal.
I plan on going to the doctor soon to get this checked out, but I was just curious as to what people on here have to say about this. :)
Does this sound like it could be hypothyroidism?
