me and my sister were wondering why this is happening.
we both seem to discharge a lot, even way before our period.
we take showers twice a day and everything.
is discharging a lot bad? and what can we do to slow it down or something?

It's normal. As long as it doesn't chage color, texture (lumpy like cottage cheese), or smell you are fine. The discharge keeps your vagina healthy. You can always use panty liners if there is that much.
