ok i have a 5 1/2 month old, she likes to sleep from 11 pm to 9 am... well when she goes to sleep im wide awake i can not fall asleep until at least 12 or 1.. but when she wakes up im so dead tired, my point is, im always tired all day long cept for from about 4 or 5 pm on... i was wondering if anyone knew of anything that can be helpful to give me a boost of energy for the mornings. i dont like coffee, my husband is takeing my car at the moment so i cant go anywhere while he is at work. plus the fact that its a good 90 outside i would rather not expose my baby to that. anyone that can help would be great.... i was also told that its ok to take the prenatal vitameins, is that true? im not trying to get pregnant or anything, i just have tons of them and dont know what to do with them and my friend said to just take them that its ok its not like it ups the chance to get pregnant... but will it give me all the vitameins that i need? again thanks and sorry if im a little confuseing...

If I sweat and don't shower for a couple of days, hard lumps form in places of my body where I sweat the most.

Like when I was in middle school, I had a lump and rash under my breasts. My mom told me that it was a build up of sweat, and when I put baby powder on it, it healed within a couple of days.

Sometimes if I sweat and don't shower for a couple of days, I develop a lump on the inside of my thighs. Sometimes they're painful, other times I hardly feel them. But they go away as long as I put baby powder on them and shower everyday.

I have another lump (and yes, I've been sweating a lot because of not having A/C..and I'm showering for the first time in 2 days).

Should I consult a doctor? Or should I just do what I always do: Put baby powder on it and shower everyday?

Okay I started my period last night and some bad things happened. I came very close to passing out when I told my mom. Then, I counted 28 days from now and it will be when I am leaving to go to the beach :[ some people say it will be regular, some say not.
Also, I go swimming EVERYDAY, so I guess I cant now because I dont want to use a tampon.
also, I didnt put my pad far enough in the front and it stained my bed sheets and my underwear. I feel so embarrassed. Then I though last night there was nothing on my pad so I was like maybe I wont have much blood, well I did. :[ I am scared of blood, and I cant stand to look at it. I took a shower and I just want to feel clean. Here are a couple of my questions:
1. How was your first period? Embarrassing like mine?
2. When should I start using tampons?
3. What should I do about the beach?
4. What are the BEST type of pads for me if I want to feel clean.

I only weight about 99lbs and im1 6.
I have several stretch marks all over my buns, and hips and inner thighs.. The skin around my buns and inner/side hips seems to be darker and the stretch marks are very light maybe i can use a cream to lighten the skin that way the stretch marks can blend?
Well,does having stretch marks around these areas mean the skin will stretch soon so these areas will expand and grow?

okay i'm 11 and i don't have my period yet. i know the answer to this question..... wear a tampon. i know but im scared. what if i insert wrong? and i don't want it to hurt. I HATE BEING A GURL SOMETIMES... could i wear a pad with a really tight fitted one piece suit? im sorry but i hate tampons.

I am 14 years old and i have mostly gone through all of the puperty changes.... my breasts are probably in stage 3 and i have pubic hair in the right places and it is curly and dark. My doctor says I am mostly done growing and my feet are all the way grown. I have had vaginal discharge for about 2 years now. I think i had my first period but it only lasted like 1 day it was a tad bit of brownish color on my underwear and then stopped it has been like 2 and a half months now and i still haven't gotten one but i have been getting lots of vagnial discharge. When will i get my period? thanks!!

just in case but i cant wear a pad if i wear a bathing suit and i still want to go on teh beach...how can i prevent my tampon from leaking onto my bathing suit or do you have any tips for this kind of situation? i feel really stupid asking this but i need to know.. thanks!

I've recently started taking Yasmin the contraceptive pill, and I am just curious, because I am injesting hormones, is it possible to become estrogen dependant or anything? If I stop taking them oneday, will I not be able to produce my own hormones or something? Will I then be estrogen deficient?
Just wanted to know, thanks in advance to anybody with information :)

I've had my period for 6 days now, today is the 6th day. This is about my 5th time having my period. I read in a book once that there were 5 stages to breast growth, The first before puberty, the second breast buds, the third when "they" are pointy, the fourth when they even out(some girls skip this stage) and the 5 when they are large even and not too pointy. Which stage should a girl get a bra?

My 15 year old daughter has one breast that is significantly (and noticably) larger than the other one. She is very uncomfortable with her look because of it.I am pretty sure she will want surgery to even them out someday. I just am not sure which type of doctor to take her to now to have them looked at. Do I take her to her regular MD or to I start with finding a plastic surgeon? She will have 2 insurances until she is 18 then her birth father won't legally have to cover her anymore. I'd like to get it done before then. How old will she have to be go get the surgery?

ok well i gave not had my period yet and i use tampons lik 1or 2 times a day and then pads rest of the day because having pads on all the time is very uncomfortable so i waas wondering if this will make my period come later

My boyfriend and I have had sex about 3 or 4 times since I got my period in June, and each time we used the 'pull out' method. (He would pull out once when he came, but before that, he'd pull out anytime he felt like pre-*** was coming out.) Either way, last month I started my period on the 16th. This month, it's now the 18th, and I've been having a few minor cramps and I've been irritable and my breasts are sore... And now I'm getting a little brown spotting on my underwear. This could be the beginning of my period (I've had it brown, then it turns to red several times before) or it could be where the fertilized egg is getting to the wall of my uterus, right? Please explain which one this is, more than likely.

Let me add that first off I have PCOS, and do not receive a period EVER. Now all of a sudden, I am bleeding, but not enough to use tampons or such, but can still be quite a bit at times when I wipe. I know I need to see the doctor, but thought I would see someone elses thoughts as well.
