when you are at the beach does the water effect it at all? or is it exactly the same? should i do anything differently?

There's been a lot of this type of question lately -- but, no water does not affect your period. Just wear a tampon and you'll be fine.

Water DOES NOT effect a period. Wear a tampon (don't leave it in longer than 8 hours) and you'll be fine.

Just wear a super tampon to make sure its all being catched by the tampon, the water is going to make it swell a lil more but you will be fine.
