ok i have a 5 1/2 month old, she likes to sleep from 11 pm to 9 am... well when she goes to sleep im wide awake i can not fall asleep until at least 12 or 1.. but when she wakes up im so dead tired, my point is, im always tired all day long cept for from about 4 or 5 pm on... i was wondering if anyone knew of anything that can be helpful to give me a boost of energy for the mornings. i dont like coffee, my husband is takeing my car at the moment so i cant go anywhere while he is at work. plus the fact that its a good 90 outside i would rather not expose my baby to that. anyone that can help would be great.... i was also told that its ok to take the prenatal vitameins, is that true? im not trying to get pregnant or anything, i just have tons of them and dont know what to do with them and my friend said to just take them that its ok its not like it ups the chance to get pregnant... but will it give me all the vitameins that i need? again thanks and sorry if im a little confuseing...

A good energy booster in the morning is exercising, specifically Pilate's or yoga is great. Every morning, just take 15 minutes to do either one. Also, it will help you loose some baby weight, tone muscles, and just feel better all around!

take the pre nates that will help and they may constipate you cuz theres a ton of iron in there, so apple juice helps and leafy green veggies or salads will keep you regular also energy drinks the blue agave full throttles taste good and are about 2.00 a can and will give you a boost, or you can try vitamin c and b12 tabs, good luck!...also try to play with your baby and keep them awake when you are to readjust its sleeping habits to your own, and power nap when possible, that is sleeping in a half awake state, just laying down near your baby and putting him or her in a a playpen or baby safe area long enough for you to take a 15 to 20 min breather, good luck!~

Yes its ok to take the vitamins and that might help you. Have you tried do some aerobic exercising in the morning to give your body a kick start. Make sure you are eating well and make sure you are comfortable when you do sleep.

Perhaps you can find a sitter for a few hours a couple days a week. For energy use a vit. B12 it is best to get a B12 shot from your doctor
