IF your periods are heavy get a superabsorbent tampon and change it every two to three hours. Don't wear the pad on your bathing suit though.

Just wear the tampon. And change it every like 3 hours maybe less if its really heavy. If you make sure you change it then it can't leak!

Just please don't go to the beach when you have your period. If you still want to go, then go in shorts and if not, just wear a dress and that way you can wear a pad and a tampon at the same time.
