I read somewhere that if your breasts look like an orange (all dimplely) they could have cancerous cells and mine do! Is this true?

Go see a doctor. And look into the symptoms of Inflammatory Breast Cancer. This can be a symptom but of course, I am not a doctor. :) There are other symptoms as well so it could be any number of things. Only a doctor will be able to tell you for sure.

yes this happens when the cancer cells starts to infiltrate into the overlying skin causing the dimple effect
