okay so i'm 17 & i'm a fairly small girl. I'm a 32/34A & 5'1 & 95 lbs (i'm not anorexic or anything, this is apparently a healthy weight for me cuz i've tried & can't really gain weight) & i'm very fit cuz i'm a dancer & a black belt.

i've been doing pushups lately (for martial arts, not many though, like 25)

i've been drinking a high calorie shake everyday (800 calories) along with my normal food

& my breasts get all sore & tender & bigger around my period, they didn't used to, this started about 4-5 months ago (before i started the pushing & drinking the shake)

does this mean my breasts are growing in size? or does it just mean they're "maturing"? (i still don't have a fully erect nipple yet) or have they just decided to start getting sore around my period? they ususally hurt the week before my period & the week of.

help please? my family tends to be A or B cups usually btw.

also, how much longer do I have to grow most likely?

In search for your answers I spoke with several females with varying experiences of breast size growth at different times in their puberty.
Now, normally your breast size will be determined by the time you start having your period, however there is still room for small growth till you are completely done with puberty, which should be within a few years for you.
However, a very normal thing to happen IS for your breasts to become sore/swell durring your period. That has to do with the hormonal shift that happens durring that time and seems to be a very common occurance.
Now, an alternative answer is that since you say your metabolisim is so high, your body could be compensating for the un-needed calories in your shake by (lucky you) storing the fat in your breasts, but this is unlikely. However, if you notice a strong change over this period of time, you need to be careful because you could come out of this with stretch marks.
Honestly, if it does increase consistantly like you're saying, I would go see your OB/GYN (which you're due for soon anyways since you're almost 18). Hope this helps!

Generally, girls grow until they are in their 20s.
