I started when I was 9 now I am 12 and I have heavy bleeding and I went to the doctor about it and they said that if I don't regular out than they are going to put me on Birth Control.Please help.

I am 14 and I haven't been able to see it since I was like12 I don't have much fat at all on my stomach but I do have a little that you can see when I sit down.. But when I stand Up my stomach is flat and u can just see a hole and no belyy button.. Can someone give mem advice on how to get it back because I don't think sit ups are going to help because the muscle will jus cover up the fat I have..

I have been told by doctors that it is not advised for a woman to douch. But I would like to try it. Don't get me wrong, I clean myself and keep myself well groomed, but my husband refuses to "go down" because he doesn't like the smell of "women." Any advice?

he..put his hands on my boobs and and move it in circular movements and it is really pain..i mean it is only for a while but i cannot stand it..

I have tried many contraceptive pills but didn't get o or putn with them( they made me feel depressed). I am now going to try the patch. Condoms aren't reliable enough I want something extra to ensure I do not get pregnant. Nothing seems to be side effect free....it's not too much to ask is it!!

hello.
I am a 13 year old girl whose home from school today because of my period. I Have NEVER has this but i go tmy period 3 months ago.
Thi smorning a woke up and my Period was all over my bed. i thought it migh thave bursted but it was too much. now when i go to chang emy pad Theres HUGE chunks of Blood that Plop Out of my V. Now my pad only holds for about 10-20 mins.
Whats happeneing?

Ok, So last night i had to go to the bathroom and i found a red stain in my underwear i didn't think much of it til this morning when there was another one.
