think about it this way:
are u comfortable while holding your nose and mouth shut? it might be okay for a minute but not more.the same applies to the breasts- it may be okay to wear a bra(for support etc...)during the day -it does not nead as much oxygen as your respitory system but at night "let them breathe" if you dont they will hurt.

Hi, I always take mine off at night, but always wear one during the day as am on the large side, I agree with the previous comments that you should be taking it off at night.
When you get uncomfy is it because you are wearing an underwired bra? perhaps you could try one without the underwires.
You should go and get your size checked out plenty of places do it for free and the women in the stores are really nice, I would recommend debenhams, you dont have to buy anything to have this done. It may be that your in the wrong size.
Hope this helps!

Unless you've been specifically directed by your doctor to wear your bra overnight, you do NOT need to do so. Bras are made to support the breast material when you're upright (sitting or standing). So unless you sleep standing up, a bra is completely unnecessary in bed.
And yes you can go without a bra during the day...however if you do this too often - especially if your breasts are on the larger side - then you will eventually have sagging.

If you are a very small breasted woman, wearing a bra is just a matter of preference. If a bra makes your breasts hurt, then you may want to get refitted (ask the ladies at Victoria's Secret or a better department store to measure you).
If you have large breasts, then you will want to wear a bra at least during the day to keep them from sagging. Besides, It just looks gross seeing a woman that looks like she has two tennis balls inside of tubes socks under her shirt.
Some women who are very well endowed like to sleep in a bra as well to "keep them under control" thru the night.

I think the girls need some air and not be restricted at night!
Maybe you are squishing them at night. You wearing the correct size bra??? I don't wear a bra all the time (at home) & I don't sleep in one. If the girls are bigger, they need support to not go south, as you get older. But I think they need some room to not be so constricted, and that would probably be at night while you are asleep.

Don't wear it at night!! You should be letting your body breathe and relax, not confining yourself. During the day, you should wear one when you need support (or are in public, etc.) but if you're not big-chested and you're home by yourself, etc., don't worry about it. It's good to take it off every once a while during the day, especially if it's hurting you. You should make sure you're wearing the right size, too--your band may be too tight if it's painful. But definitely take it OFF at night! :)

I'm not trying to be mean or anything but I thought everyone took it off at night! I take mine off as soon as I get home from work. If I go to a neighbors house or someone shows up I put it back on because I think it is trashy to be out in public without one on! Now I will say I don't have big ones so if you do (I've heard) you should keep it on more to keep them from pointing south! LOL
God Bless and have a good day!

Well, my boobs started to hurt when I lay on them a few weeks ago so I started just wearing a padded bra(not underwire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) and a big t-shirt and now, actually, they feel alot better. It is just that they started to get bigger and they were hurting so that's what I did. It is not bad or unhealthy, I promise. It really feels really good, Im telling you! You have got to try it!

Yeah you don't have to wear a bra at night.
When you do, it should be a loose and comfortable bra.
They should get some air every now and then.
Set them FREE!
