I have a friend who is pregnant with her second child and she complains about her breasts sagging. Is there any way for her to make her breasts firm again without operation? I heard that excercise works, but I wasnt sure.

Yes they are supposed to get bigger during pregnancy, but after her first pregnancy they got big and saggy and now that she is preganant she is worried that they are going to get worse. They didnt improve after her first pregnancy. Thanks for all the advice!

THE BREASTS WILL GET FIRM AGAIN WITH EXERCISE BUT NOT AS FIRM AS BEFORE PREGNANCY. AND I HEARD THAT IF YOU WEAR A BRA TO BED WHILE PREGNANT IT WILL CUT DOWN ON THE SAGGING AFTER BABY COMES

Working out does not help sagging breasts, especially if they are BIG.

A breast lift would be the way to go, and a supportive bra.
