This can be normal, as during pregnancy your hair does not fall out like it naturally would do due to the hormones. The hair that would have normally fallen out during the pregnancy will then begin to fall out after the baby has been born and your hormones are returning to normal.
Don't worry

How about changing your shampoo brand? There's a pill called Priorin, specially for falling hair but you got to take it 3 times a day, am not sure how it will affect if you're nursing.
I take some vegetarian capsules once a day called "Vitamin for the Hair" for about half a year now, and I noticed that my hair structure has become stronger.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMN2l While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

Umm, you do no longer choose a trim, you choose a cut back! the only element which will help dramatically is that in case you narrow back it to a minimum of your midsection lower back. in case you have your hair on your knees it will be insufferable and could continually be tangled. once you have fairly long hair you're limited to what you're able to do with it, so the main suitable element is to braid it, and your mom is physically powerful maximum hairdressers won't shade long hair because of the fact it wastes loads of high priced coloring paste. i think of the only thank you to provide up dropping hairs, make it difficulty-free to administration, and exceedingly is to cut back a minimum of 5 inches

its normal...your hair doesn't fall out like normal during pregnancy and once you have the baby your hormones change and your hair starts making up for lost time by losing what seems like a ton...but in reality you lose like 50-100 a day normally...so think about all you keep during pregnancy

If you had a C section under a general hair can react. Otherwise I would see your physician and see if it is thyroid problems. That is a common symptom of thyroid disease.

same happened to me, I had thick hair before having kids, now its quite thin. Don't know what you can do about it though. maybe yours will return to normal in a few weeks, when your hormones return to normal.

There is probably little useful you can do, but I would suggest you get your GP to confirm your thyroid function is OK.
