Masturbating is normal & not harmful, even babies touch themselves.

Not really...unless you become 'obsessed' with it or are doing it so much you are making yourself sore..otherwise, I read an article a researcher did globally on the topic of masturbation. He asked people from almost every country in the world if they masturbated. You know what he found? 95% of the population masturbates, and 5% are liars! Just kidding...... :)) Have fun but take care of yourself!

Aside from injuring yourself if you're not careful while you're doing it, there are no harmful side effects of masturbation (regardless of whether you're a man or a woman). In fact, it's a good stress-reliever. So don't buy the old tales about going blind or stunting your growth -- it's a load of hooey.

if you do it to much you can desensitize yourself. And when you actually have sex it won't be as good. But besides that it is extremely healthy.

Stay away from clamps and electrodes.

And don't use the vibrator too high, you can be temporarily desensitized.
