Not knowing what was happening untill i was hospitalised for a week and on regular pain relief, I am now being sent to a surgeon to find out whats happening. Maybe in need of a laparoscopy to find out more. I am 24, got a 2 year old little boy and want more kids but am in fear of never having them again please anyone who has had this before answer me these questions....

Will I ever be able to have kids again?
Does a laparoscopy hurt and will it do any damage later in life?

A few years ago I developed three cysts on the lip of my vagina. They were removed surgically. A few monthes ago I discovered a lump on the other lip near the opening that has slowly gotten bigger. It doesn't hurt but I've been researching online and I think it might be a bartholin cyst? Do I need to be worried about it being cancer? I am 22. I will be seeing a doctor about this but i'd like some peace of mind until my visit. The lump is about the size of a walnut (my other cysts got a lot bigger last time) and isn't hard but doesn't feel extrememly liquid like eigther. Please only serious answers. Thanks

ie., with condoms. We never had intercourse without a condom. She is continuously getting only clear white discharge with water. Sometimes little bit pain in the lower abdomen. She does'nt have any other symptoms. What could be the problem probably? Does she have any probablity in getting pregnant? for the past of 12 days she is having only white discharge. iam taking these pills and i have been steadily losing weight for a year and half now thru diet and exersice! i started these pills in march and since then it seems like my wieght loss had slowed down even though my diet is the same so is the exericse, i havn't really gained weight just aint lost much! i was wondering if anyone out there has had weight loss or gain while on this pill? and are thier other types of birth control pills out there that will allow you to lose weight and not gain it?

im wondering about discharge. i read all the different types but im not sure if i sould be concerned with mine. ---- somedays its little white clumps with pungent odor or no odor( guessing yeast infection)......., but then somedays its regular white clear with no odor, and then changes to yellow with slight odor and all these changes happen between my periods, its been like this for months and months and months , i do not take the pill, im confused on whether i should be concerend. please help.

I had unprotected sex in March and then got my period. I got the depo shot in early April. I skipped my scheduled peirod on April and I got it a few days ago but just spotting and its really light. Today I wasnt wearing a tampon or anything because my period is really light and all of a sudden I feel this big thing come out of me and I thought I got my period really heavy so I ran to the bathroom and checked. It was this fleshy, thing about the size of a womans index finger, it was red and the edges were whitish. I picked it up with toilet paper and it was strechy and looked and felt like a tounge.

I was thinking maybe it was a fibroid if you think it is too could you give me some information on them. I was also thinking maybe it could be a misscarrige from a long time ago. Or could I possibly have endometriosis?

Im sorry if this is TMI but I dont know what it is and its freaking me out.

I feel very uncomfortable having a male gynocologist simply because I can't stand the idea of a strange man putting his hands on my breasts or even worse in my vagina. It's just too offputting. How do you feel? I know some women actually prefer males.

been on nuvaring for over a year. after my one week off i kept it out for an additional week then put in a new one and returned to the normal routine. so it was- 3 weeks in- 2 weeks out- after having it back in for 6 days i had sex and the condom broke- is there a good chance that i may have gotten pregnant? i ve heard that its hard to get pregnant after being on it for so long- any truth to that?

Anybody have experience with an IUD? Or IMPLANON?

I'm considering the new Mirena IUD (5 yrs protection - has progesterone) and the 10 year IUD (no hormones).

I also was told about IMPLANON by my ob-gyn - a rod the size of a matchstick that is placed under the skin of the arm - and can be used up to 3 yrs. Trying to decide between and IUD and the Implanon. Anybody have experience they can share about any of these B.C. options?

so, i'm in the process of getting my doctor to write a recommendation to my insurance company for me to get one. i just wanted anyone who has had one, or is close to someone who has to share their stories, be them good or bad. about the procedure itself or insurance or whatever.

Ok, so heres my question.....

I have gotten my period over the summer ('06) and this month i have gotten it on the 1st. It was really heavy, i had to use a new pad every hour, and that was pushing it. It lasted about 8-10 days. And now on the 22 i have gotten it AGAIN! I dont really know if this is natural or not for someone to have a cycle of 22 days, seems kinda short. I also thought that on my past period I had "Menorrhagia" because it was so heavy. So, can someone who has had thier period before help me to understand if this is natural. AND PLEASE dont tell me to go see a doctor, the reason I am asking on here is so i can get different impinions and i have already talked to my mom about that. and if it helps at all, im 14.
