I think that boobs are mostly body fat and if you are athletic and fit, you likely have a lower percentage of body fat (for boobage). Plus, genetics will also affect body shape. My mom is not very boobular and my sister and I ended up very much the same as our mom.

I played sports, did gymnastics, danced ballet, and yet, heredity took over and I ended up with big breasts, thanks to my maternal and paternal grandmothers, so I had to stop doing a lot of the things I liked, no matter how much I exercised or dieted my boobs always looked huge in relation to my body. I wish I had gotten a breast reduction because I had to stop doing many of things I loved, the boobs just got in the way all the time, not to mention how much it hurts when you get an elbow jammed into one of them, that ended basketball practice for me.

playing sports has nothing to do with breast size. you just don't have any. look at the women in your family. you'll probably get what they've got, but not necessarily. you don't say how old you are. they might get bigger.

you're active so you're gaining muscle and loosing fat. look at most female athletes such as gymnasts, ice skaters, basketball players. they barley have a chest. it may be genetics as well. don't worry about it though. having a small chest has its advantages and at least you won't have to worry about back problems. so...we're lucky! lol
