I'm 24 thinking of getting breast implants... but some people say i could get cancer and they will look like crap when I get older... what's the truth?

Alot of implants look fake, and a few friends that I know who have them say they lost quite a bit of sensation in the breast area. What I would do is work on building your chest muscles, either with weights or pilates. Good luck.

If you are doing it because you think guys like big boobs, don't. I know many guys who like "just a handful". Even other guys say they do NOT like the feel of implants, no matter how real they look.
If you are doing it because you want to, then that's up to you to decide. Just make sure you really research the type of implant and the long term affects.

Implants do not cause cancer. It can sometimes make it harder to to get a good mammogram depending on how the surgeon puts them, above the muscle or below the muscle.
As your body ages, you might have to have them replaced. That's usually a given.

There is not in life that is 100% safe. If you get breast implants you will not be able to breast feed your children that is definite.

Don't fix what doesn't need to be fixed. If it aint broke, don't fix it for goodness sake!! I have had 4 children, all breast-fed... Would I have wanted breast implants instead? never! Wait until after you have your babies to have implants if you must have them!

I heard that breast implant can cause you breast cancer. Why don't you try applying breast enhancemnet cream first and look the result...

Honestly, I think they look ugly no matter where you get them done. I have heard of women who get them done and then get them removed because they caused discomfort. Don't bother getting them done, its a waste of both time and money, and your health...

you should get them you will fine there is nothing wrong with them and they are safe everyone else is just jealous
