Hi all. I just had heart surgery about 6 weeks ago to correct a birth defect and, with the green light from my doctor, am just about ready to start getting into shape. My condition caused me to be so tired from exercising that I never really did get myself into shape, and now as I recover, I am told I need to be more active. I am only 20 and at 135 pounds, slightly overweight for my height. My question is, how do younger women find the curves experience? Would it be a good place to start?
