they try and savor the pleasure of sharing ones body with another partner in as safe and pleasurable manner as possible - just because they may not have use of their lgs does not mean they cannot attempt to engage in the natural biological urge to sexually explore and engage with an attracted mate. Although some disabled people may not have use of their genilitalia - there are various sexual ways of 'having sex' using ones mouth, hands, foreams and feet.

i would imagine the same as anyone else, just because there disabled there not dead,im sure they still enjoy the fuller life as much as they can,just with some a little help may be needed such as aids to support them whatever,
unless there older and dont want to anymore

It depends what kind of disable people you referred.
Somebody even can have no sexual craving or sensitive sexual organs.
About paraplegic persons with normal sexual desire and working sexual organs, once in the bed the other (not-disable) partner can sit down on he/she having then a sexual intercourse.

They have the same body parts and sexual organs that an able-body person, so it may be more difficult, but not necessarily less fulfilling, especially if the couple truly loves each other. I saw a program where a paraplegic woman and her (able-bodied) husband had a baby!
