I just recently (1 1/2 months ago) started a new type of birth control; yasmin. I had an ear infection during the time that I started the new birth control and was on antibiotics to kill the infection. I started noticing that I was having numbness on the right side of my face. I have continued having this numbness now for 1 1/2 months and the ear infection is long gone along with the antibiotics. Could this be a side effect of the yasmin? I never had this problem when I was on seasonale. Just curious to see if anyone else has ever had these same symptoms.

Ok, I am 19 and have irregular periods. And I was taking clomid and all sorts of other medications to help bring my period down, but that just help for a while. And I stopped taking the pills my doctor gave me cause he wanted me to get an IUI. Since I am trying to conceive. But do you think if I just get on birth control that can regulate my period and then just keep on that so that way i can have a regular period. Cuase I'm not in that much of a hurry to conceive yet. I rather have a normal period now instead of being messed up all inside and not having my period. Can you help with opinions?

My family (my sister, my female cousins) are very old school and they say that if i use a tampax i will become "Devirginized" is this true? i'm 16 never used a tampon but am very interested would the pain be hard to bare with like they say? what are the benifits of a tampon? whats bad about a tampon??? and if i do decide to use tampons what brad is best for beginners?? -Curious

I have a normal 34 C chest and after having my child they have been going more and more south. What is the best bra out there to help lift them back into place? All of the push ups that I have seen or tried on seem to make them look larger and they are not FULL coveraged, as I feel more comfortable in a full coverage then a demi bra. Thanks for any help!

my breast are a 36D will my gp refer me for a reduction as I am not happy with them, I am a small framed person. dress size 12 but my tops have to be a 12-14. I have had two children and so you can imagine how well they look now! I am worried that he may say theyre are not big enough! I go to see him next week and I am so worried about this, i've been to see him once before and he said he would refer me but never did!

ever since i started having menopause symptoms i just dont feel happy about anything anymore-I mean like things i used to look so forward to and feel excited and happy -like say vacations-dinner at a fav place etc-shopping!

I normally have sore breasts while I am on my period, but this month I have extremely sore breasts 9 days before my period. I have a 28 day cycle that never changes, so i know what days what happens. This seems really unusual for me (been going on for 3 days now, now its 6 days until my period). They are swollen and can not be touched, much MUCH worse then usual. Any WOMEN have had this, or know what could be a possible cause? I also have a ovarian cyst on my right ovary if that helps..... Thanks for the info!

ok , so on tuesday morning i woke up , went to the bathroom and saw what looked like my period. It was right on time so i said ok no problem, but by the time i got to work it was totally Gone. When i get my period its usually light the first day and gradually starts getting heavier , but never dissapears. especially for 3 days. The last time i was sexually active was 3/21/2007 , we used the pull out method , which has been working for the past 4 yrs , for my bf and i . What are the chances that i could be pregnant? how long should i wait to take a test ? Is it normal to spot as if you period is comming and it dissapears for 3 days ? If this happened to anyone please tell what was the cause ?

My girlfriend and I recently had sex for the first time. It was both our first times, so we are inexperienced. She has been telling me of pain in her vaginal area since the night we did it, and she has said that there were small amounts of blood in her urine. I'm completely clueless as to what is going on, as is she, so I would like to know if anyone her would have some input. Any answer would be great. From my understanding a woman's vaginal region is very sensitive and it is for the most part protected by I think is what is called the labial hood. I would think that when a woman walks or jogs, the lips or these flaps of skin that cover the clitoral region would rub the clitoris thereby causing arousal or even orgasm almost constantly.
I would also think that common activities such as riding a motorcycle or a horse would excite women due to the vibration and stimulation.
Please provide some guidance on this question.
