I wouldn't suggest leaving it in all night long. I believe the longest you can keep a tampon in is about 8 hours. I used a tampon at night but I made sure to set my alarm clock for 7 hours later to take it out. You can use a tampon at night time but just make sure you wake up 6-7 hours later to replace it with another one.

I do all the time. I sleep for about 7-7 1/2 hours and change it as soon as I wake up. I've been doing this for a long time and never had any problems. Just be sure to set your alarm clock so you don't leave it in too long.

The maximum time to leave in a tampon is 8 hours, so, yes you can leave it in overnight. Try not to leave it in any longer, because you put yourself at risk for Toxic Shock Syndrome.

i wouldn't leave one in all night. use a pad if you are going to sleep for less than 8hrs. you can develop toxic shock syndrome from leaving a tampon in for to long.

yes, for as long as you sleep. make sure you wash your hands thoroughly before and after changing tampons and store them somewhere besides the bathroom. use the lowest absorbancy you can.

The box says you can,but I've never done it. I use a pad overnight to avoid increased risk of TSS.
