Totally normal! You are probably ovulating! There is sometimes some bleeding when you ovulate (release the egg) and that occurs about 14 days after the first day of your period (which is where you sound like you are at!). It is NORMAL unless you have other symptoms like a foul odor or other things. How else you can tell is, did you have an unusual amount of clear discharge right before you saw this bleeding? If you charted your period (which I do to keep from getting pregnant), you'd be able to tell better, but it sounds like classic ovulation bleeding.
This website has some info. I figured it out by reading the book, Taking Charge of Your Fertility, by Toni Weschler MPH which is s a FABULOUS book for figuring out these weird little things that happen to us!

This could be related to stress or possible infection. I would recommend talking to your dr about this to see what they think could be causing this.

call an OBGYN. No one can diagnose you on here. You have to have a physical exam and conversation with a licensed doctor.
